To secure your spot, we require a deposit of $250 USD. With this deposit, you’ll be able to cancel your reservation if needed up until January 1st for a full refund. Our suggested payment plan is the remainder of balance split into 4, due the 13th of each month. (December, January, February, March)

Your deposit is non refundable on January 1st after 3:00PM EST, any payments made after this date are non refundable. If you are sick or no longer able to come on this trip we can transfer your payment to another one within one year of the initial trip date. The full amount is due March 13th, 2025
